Board of Directors

The Jefferson Local Development Corporation (JLDC) is governed by a 12-member volunteer board representing communities across Jefferson County, including one Jefferson County Commissioner. Board members serve three-year terms, with a maximum of three terms. Elections for vacant seats occur annually in September during JLDC's membership meeting. 


Executive Committee:

  • Keith Foley (Clancy, MT): Board President, serving his third term ending in 2026.
  • Amanda Haller (Boulder, MT): Board Vice President, serving her first term ending in 2026.
  • Nick Hensleigh (Clancy, MT): Secretary/Treasurer, serving his second term ending in 2026.
  • Cory Kirsch (Boulder, MT): Commission Director, appointed annually each January.

Directors:

  • Clint Smith: Serving his third term ending in 2025.
  • Bruce Binkowski: Serving his second term ending in 2025.
  • Michael Seipp: Serving his second term ending in 2025.
  • Cameron Hahn: Serving his first term ending in 2025.
  • Ashley Lucas: Serving her first term ending in 2025.
