At the Jefferson Local Development Corporation (JLDC), our mission is to foster a resilient economy by championing the enterprises that believe in Jefferson County’s potential. Today, the JLDC is thrilled to introduce 406 Bridge Fitness in Boulder, Montana.
Achieve Physical and Mental Wellness at 406 Bridge Fitness
406 Bridge Fitness is a community-focused gym and training center that recently opened its doors in Boulder. Called the “225 Garage,” the new dedicated facility is outfitted with high-quality strength and conditioning equipment and offers structured classes and personal training sessions tailored to various fitness levels. Within a month of opening, the new gym already had 63 members.
“Boulder came and completely showed up for us when we opened the doors,” says Amber Giulio, owner of both 406 Bridge Fitness and Bull Mountain Sips, Scoops, & Snacks. “It’s made it so that I can have multiple employees here and support them and provide a service to Boulder.”
From the start, Boulder and 406 Bridge Fitness have been on the same page: Live a lifestyle of connection and community while being a part of something strong from the very beginning. “People are very excited about the gym,” Giulio says. “For us, it was a huge opportunity to be able to open in a smaller community. People want to see you succeed.”
Located at 104A N Main St, the facility lets members work out on their own schedule with 24-hour access via a mobile app or key fob. Whether someone is just starting out or chasing new fitness goals, 406 Bridge Fitness is ready and willing to maximize Boulder’s physical and mental potential. Visit their website if you’re interested in learning more about their classes and membership options. A second location in East Helena just opened earlier this month.

Starting a Business in Jefferson County
“The support we receive from just the local town has been awesome,” Giulio says. “Getting the businesses up and running because they came at the same time was a lot of work, but in Jefferson County, they have definitely worked really well with me to get up and open in such a short amount of time.”
Giulio’s experience reinforces Jefferson County’s standing as a pro-business environment. This environment coupled with a range of resources and programs from the JLDC and other organizations to support businesses at every stage of development are turning Jefferson County into an exciting area of growth and opportunity.
Giulio agrees. “Jefferson County is a smart place to invest because the potential for growth is huge. We’re actually seeing kids return with their kids and raise their kids back in this community.”
